They are seeking a Bridge Engineer to lead bridge inspections, conduct structural evaluations, and ensure compliance with regulations while providing technical leadership and mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities
Lead and perform bridge and underpass inspections, including condition assessments and structural evaluations
Utilize Bridge Management Systems (BMS) for planning, prioritizing, and reporting on inspection and maintenance activities
Conduct field investigations and structural health monitoring
Prepare detailed technical inspection reports and compliance documentation
Coordinate with contractors and government agencies to ensure regulatory compliance
Prepare technical reports, proposals, and client deliverables
Provide technical leadership and supervise field teams
Ensure quality assurance in data collection and reporting
Client meetings, proposal development, and project management
Supervise and mentor junior engineering staff
Some travel required for site inspections (particularly for bridge work)
Qualification
Required
PE License Required
Experience in bridge and underpass inspections
Ability to perform condition assessments and structural evaluations
Familiarity with Bridge Management Systems (BMS)
Experience in conducting field investigations and structural health monitoring
Ability to prepare detailed technical inspection reports and compliance documentation
Experience coordinating with contractors and government agencies for regulatory compliance
Ability to prepare technical reports, proposals, and client deliverables
Experience providing technical leadership and supervising field teams
Knowledge of quality assurance in data collection and reporting
Experience in client meetings, proposal development, and project management
Ability to supervise and mentor junior engineering staff
Willingness to travel for site inspections
