Responsibilities

Build up the best class support in your area from technical and application prospective
Work with Sales in supporting the base business retention
Provide the right support to customers according with the contract specifications and the priority
Arrange internal training for engineers
Support filed from the admin stand point (installation, daily routine and deinstallation)

Qualification

Technical engineering degreeMedical Diagnostics experienceLeadership skillsProblem solvingTeamworkEnglish proficiency

Required

Degree in Technical engineering or Scientific discipline (Chemistry, Biology)
Min 5 years' experience in Medical Diagnostics industry leading teams
Leadership attitude, able to drive people creating the culture of strategy execution
Ability to work in team with a strong focus on problem solving
Ability to work flexible hours as business needs. Available to travel 50% of the time
Hold a current valid driver's license and good driving record. Associates who drive Beckman Coulter vehicles will follow the Danaher Company Vehicle Policy
Excellent English
