Complies with all applicable federal, state laws, pharmacy regulations, and company policies
Prepares and dispenses prescription medications, all supervised by the Pharmacist
Follow directions from the pharmacist on duty and pharmacy manager
Enter customer data into the computer, keep accurate records, complete all necessary paperwork relating to the pharmacy
Counsel’s patients and medical providers regarding the nature and use of drugs, dosage, drug interactions, and side effects
Fulfill general housekeeping duties
Achievement of financial goals such as sales, gross profit maximization as well as minimization of shrink and supply expense
Maintain security of all controlled substances
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions
Possess basic computer skills
Possess strong communication skills
Complies with all applicable federal, state laws, pharmacy regulations, and company policies
Prepares and dispenses prescription medications, all supervised by the Pharmacist
Follow directions from the pharmacist on duty and pharmacy manager
