Responsibilities

Support the coordination of AgFirst's Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Operations Excellence Program

Setup, support, and/or lead meetings with various stakeholders at the Bank

Assist management with data collection and analytics

Track the phases of the various projects and report on those status through management dashboards

Develop management dashboards to track the various metrics of the LSS Operations Excellence Program

Maintain LSS SharePoint site with updated documents and site permissions

Qualification

Lean Six SigmaData analyticsProject managementCommunication skillsTeam collaboration

Required

Enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Finance

Preferred

Students who have gone through LSS training and completed a LSS project
