Responsibilities

Responsible for updating monthly sales bookings and backlog reports
Responsible for updating the monthly subcontractors in process report
Maintaining overall project margin analysis as updated inputs are received
Updating monthly capacity utilization analysis
Responsible for maintaining other additional reports in support of monthly financial reviews
Overall help to Finance function as needed for monthly closings
Other miscellaneous accounting duties or responsibilities as assigned to support the operations of the department or the company
Additional Responsibilities as assigned

Qualification

Microsoft OfficeAccounting softwareFinancial analysisAttention to detailCommunication skills

Required

Junior or Senior pursuing a finance degree
Must be proficient in computer software and can learn additional accounting-specific software
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Ability to plan and manage multiple tasks or projects with attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external personnel and maintain a positive attitude and good organizational skills
