Responsibilities

Provide financial analysis to support strategic business decisions including capital investments, new product development, and acquisitions
Analyze business unit financials and operational metrics to identify trends and recommend performance improvement strategies
Support the financial integration of acquisitions, product lines, and key initiatives
Prepare accurate and insightful consolidated reporting, forecasts, and performance analyses
Monitor external trends such as commodity pricing and market dynamics to support executive decision-making
Conduct competitive and market research to guide strategic planning efforts

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
Minimum 7 years of experience in financial analysis within a large, global organization
Strong background in manufacturing finance, including cost accounting and multi-business unit operations
Proven ability to interpret financial data, spot trends, and make actionable strategic recommendations
Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with ERP systems
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills; able to engage with executive leadership
Strategic thinker with sound judgment and a proactive, hands-on approach
Strong collaborator who works effectively across functions such as Sales, Manufacturing, and Corporate

Preferred

MBA highly preferred
CPA or CMA certification is a plus
Oracle Fusion experience preferred
