Responsibilities

Support all At Your Service activities, including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, order pickups, and other assigned tasks

Greet teammates with warmth, and help ensure the At Your Service areas is clean, organized, and ready for customers

Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay up to date on trends and promotions

Welcome customers with genuine hospitality, making eye contact, and starting friendly, personal conversations that build lasting relationships

Assist customers in all aspects of total store fulfillment, including Buy Online and Pick Up in Store, be proficient in all systems needed to complete transactions, and ensure the collection area is organized

Maintain a shoppable space by recovering merchandise and keeping the pickup and return areas clean while ensuring timely completion and curbside delivery of BOPS orders

Share our Loyalty program benefits, making sure customers have all they need, and ending with a sincere thank-you

Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve customers and communities

Take pride in work, achieve sales goals, and learn from each other to deliver individual and store results

Required

Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality

Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
