Responsibilities

Maintain a beautifully merchandised, fully stocked fragrance space

Support the sales team behind the scenes and on the floor

Prepare products and restock displays

Assist with transactions

Anticipate team needs and keep the space shop-ready

Create magical moments for customers during the busiest time of year

Greet teammates and ensure the sales floor is clean and organized

Review sales goals and stay informed about new arrivals and promotions

Offer a warm welcome and create friendly conversations with customers

Maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts and processing damages

Share Loyalty program benefits and ensure customers have what they need

Required

Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality

Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors

This position requires talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands

Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25lbs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders, reaching, including above eye level

Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment

Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
