They are seeking a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague who will create a welcoming experience in the fragrance department, maintain a well-stocked and organized space, and support the sales team during the busy holiday season.

Responsibilities

Greet teammates with a warm hello

Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers

Review their sales goals

Learn about new arrivals and top-selling items

Stay up to date on current trends and promotions

Offer a warm welcome to customers

Make eye contact and create friendly, personal conversations

Maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts

Process damages, testers and select merchandise to return to vendors

Updating signs and pricing

Support any needed merchandise moves

Share Loyalty program benefits

Make sure customers have all they need

End with a sincere thank-you

Walk the package around and use the customer’s name

Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration

Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors

This position requires talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands

Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment

Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
