Responsibilities
Manage & lead primarily Honeywell Military Fixed Wing Engine development programs within the Military Turbofans Line of Business
Execute development programs of significant size & complexity to achieve scope, schedule, cost, delivery, and quality requirements
Demonstrate mastery of program management skills and thorough understanding of multiple workstreams
Manage and lead complex, global development programs that may span several major domestic and worldwide locations
Coordinate technology development and production across locations
Define, generate & implement program plans, and achieve on-time delivery of customer and internal stakeholder milestones
Shape the product development for manned and unmanned Propulsion that leads to successful product launches
Develop and support capable and agile cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
Qualification
Required
Experience in managing and leading development programs within the Military Turbofans Line of Business
Ability to execute development programs of significant size and complexity
Demonstrated mastery of program management skills
Thorough understanding of multiple workstreams (of functions and Centers of Excellence)
Experience managing complex, global development programs
Ability to coordinate technology development and production across multiple locations
Experience defining, generating, and implementing program plans
Ability to achieve on-time delivery of customer and internal stakeholder milestones
Experience in shaping product development for manned and unmanned propulsion
Ability to develop and support capable and agile cross-functional teams
Ability to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation
