Responsibilities

Help maintain a beautifully merchandised, fully stocked space while supporting the sales team behind the scenes and on the floor

Prepare products, restock displays, or assist with transactions

Anticipate team needs, keep the space shop-ready, and help create magical moments for customers during the busiest time of year

Begin each day energized and ready to make an impact by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals, and staying up to date on current trends and promotions

Focus on the customer by offering a warm welcome, making eye contact, and creating friendly, personal conversations to create customer relationships

Maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, processing damages, testers, and select merchandise to return to vendors, updating signs and pricing, and supporting any needed merchandise moves

Share Loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have all they need, and end with a sincere thank-you

Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve customers and communities

Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality

Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors

This position requires talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands

Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25lbs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders, reaching, including above eye level

Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment

Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
