Responsibilities
Evaluate target opportunities using all source data to understand and map target networks
Assist in developing detailed exploitation and operations plans
Analyze SIGINT and cybersecurity data at multiple levels up and down the OSI network stack
Bring a solid understanding of logical/physical IP core infrastructure, communication devices and how they connect to networks, and the traffic movements in a network
Qualification
Required
TS/SCI level clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph
Degree in Computer Science is required
Relevant DNEA experience must be in: Computer or information systems design/development/analysis roles
In addition, it may also include engineering hardware and/or software, programming, computer/network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, information assurance, systems engineering, and/or network and systems administration
Level 1: AA degree + 4 years experience OR B.A. degree + 2 years experience
Level 2: AA + 7 yrs experience OR B.A. + 5 yrs experience OR Masters + 3 yrs experience OR Doctorate + 2 yrs experience
Level 3: AA + 10 yrs experience OR B.A. + 8 yrs experience OR Masters + 6 yrs experience OR PhD + 4 yrs experience
Level 4: AA + 13 yrs experience OR B.A. + 11 yrs experience OR Masters + 9 yrs experience OR PhD + 7 yrs experience
Relevant certs / training would include (but not limited to): Sec+, Net+, CEH, JCAC course
Completion of military training in a relevant area such as JCAC (Joint Cyber Analysis Course) may be considered towards the relevant experience requirement
Foreign Language / Scores may be counted toward years of experience. Recent Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) scores are required to substantiate proficiency level
Preferred
Degree in related fields (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics) may be considered relevant if programs contain a concentration of courses in foundational CS areas
Information Technology (IT) and Information Security (IS) degrees may be considered relevant if the programs contain the amount and type of coursework equivalent to a Computer Science (CS) major
