Identify, develop, organize, plan, prepare, and deliver both standard and customized technology training and materials as required in the BayCare Health System for our Clinical Education Team

Qualification

Revenue Cycle experienceInformation Technology experienceContact Center experienceMicrosoft products proficiencyTraining development skills

Required

High School Degree and 4 years' experience in Revenue Cycle

Associate's Degree and 2 years' experience in Revenue Cycle

High School Degree and 3 years' experience in Information Technology

Bachelor's degree in Information System or Related Field and no experience

High School Degree and 4 years Contact Center experience

Preferred

Proficient in Microsoft products and apps is highly preferred
