Panda Restaurant Group is bringing an exciting multi-concept venue to the Las Vegas Strip and is looking for high energy people with positive attitudes to join their team. The Host will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing guest interactions, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver uncommon hospitality and excellent customer experience by greeting, engaging and guiding guests through menu options

Place orders for guests using POS systems. Menu knowledge is required

Create positive first impressions that build loyalty in return guests

Knowledgeable about current promotions and menu items

Support quick table turns along with great safety and sanitation practices while bussing and cleaning tables throughout the shift

Answer phones, take orders and deliver exceptional service during potential to-go shifts

Required

Ability to work nights and weekends

Must be able to work a full-time schedule with overtime based on the restaurant's business needs and operational requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs. as needed

Must have a courteous, energetic, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers
