As a Content Supervisor, you will manage the customer experience, oversee content technicians, and ensure the proper handling and cleaning of customer contents after water or fire damage.
Responsibilities
Manage the customer experience and overall project satisfaction. Communicate clear expectations to content technicians and supervise their activities
Evaluate and inventory contents
Document content inventory within the structure
Documents all non-salvageable contents within the project
Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided for the day
Manage consumable usage on assigned projects
Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly
Coach and train content technicians
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated ability to manage and work with other people
Ability to read, write, and speak the English language to communicate with others, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner
Intermediate problem-solving skills
Detailed oriented with respect to the documentation of all contents
Intermediate organizational skills
Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
Ability to travel locally when necessary
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Preferred
Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
