Outside Sales Specialist
XCHANGE LOGISTICS CORPORATION is a rapidly growing freight forwarding company based in Los Angeles, California, serving international clients in 130 countries. They are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals while managing customer relationships and sales strategies.
Responsibilities
Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory
Meet or exceed designated sales targets
Create and implement an effective sales strategy
Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED required
Previous experience in outside sales
Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
