They are seeking a Business Analyst and Salesforce Developer to collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, develop backend logic on the Salesforce platform, and ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document business needs

Define data models, workflows, and reporting requirements

Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria

Develop backend logic using Apex classes and triggers

Build responsive UIs with Lightning Web Components (LWCs) or Aura Components

Create mobile functionality via Salesforce Mobile Publisher

Implement security controls (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules)

Configure real-time notifications with Push Topics, Platform Events, or Streaming API

Build dashboards and reporting tools for supervisors

Develop integrations with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs

Develop and execute test cases (functional, usability, performance, security)

Perform unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and UAT support

Track and resolve defects to ensure code reliability and adherence to ACS standards

Track project progress and identify risks/roadblocks

Facilitate project meetings and communicate status to stakeholders

Manage scope, change requests, and adherence to agile practices

Coordinate project resources and ensure timely delivery

Support post-deployment monitoring, enhancements, and bug fixes
