Responsibilities
Assist with sales and marketing responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students
Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress
Help build relationships with schools as part of ongoing sales and marketing initiatives
Support the Center Director and Assistant Center Director in managing and overseeing day-to-day operations in the center, including various administrative projects and tasks
Communicate student progress with parents and guardians
Help monitor and grow overall center performance metrics, including profitability and student success
As needed, instruct students in-center using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices
As needed, work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
Qualification
Required
Passion for and great working with kids -- fun, patience, encouragement, empathy
Team player
Driven & motivated; desire to lean in and grow within the organization; seeking promotion to Assistant Center Director, Center Director, and beyond
Eagerness to learn and be trained
Positive attitude; we are looking for outgoing 'people people' who value positivity and fun!
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfort speaking with students and parents
Preferred
Previous customer relationships & sales experience preferred
Passion for / appreciation of math
Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance various leadership responsibilities
