Responsibilities
Field incoming calls, walk-ins, and email inquiries. Work with other team members to coordinate customer protection proposals and plans
Make outbound customer sales calls and return calls. Troubleshoot problems and inquiries. Communicate with prospects and customers, inbound/outbound, to educate, explain and encourage good insurance decisions for their homes, cars, toys, income, and lives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, research coverage questions, prepare customer proposals, makes sales presentations, interpret rules and guidelines, handle client communications
Qualification
Required
Insurance licenses for property, casualty, life and health required upon application
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving, & team collaboration
Strong communication skills, experience in lead generation, proficiency in Outlook, typing, phone skills, computer proficiency
Preferred
Insurance or sales experience of any kind would be helpful. Many of our associates come from other backgrounds
