Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback
Support onboarding activities and documentation for new hires
Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment strategies
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required)
