Bench Manager
Coastal Farm & Supply is a trusted supplier for farm, ranch, and rural lifestyle needs in the Pacific Northwest. They are seeking a motivated Bench Manager to support day-to-day store operations, drive performance, and lead teams while receiving targeted leadership training and mentorship.

Responsibilities
Support the execution of daily store operations in assigned locations
Act as interim Store Manager or Assistant Manager during absences or leadership transitions
Learn and uphold Coastal’s customer service standards and operational procedures
Assist with team leadership, scheduling, training, and performance management
Drive sales, in-stock standards, and overall customer satisfaction
Analyze store performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
Maintain merchandising standards and ensure promotional execution
Uphold safety, asset protection, and compliance with all company policies
Travel to multiple store locations within the assigned territory
Qualification
Required
Motivated and high-potential individual
Ability to support day-to-day store operations
Experience in acting as interim Store Manager or Assistant Manager
Knowledge of customer service standards and operational procedures
Skills in team leadership, scheduling, training, and performance management
Ability to drive sales and maintain in-stock standards
Analytical skills to assess store performance metrics
Capability to maintain merchandising standards and ensure promotional execution
Commitment to uphold safety, asset protection, and compliance with company policies
Willingness to travel to multiple store locations within the assigned territory
Preferred
Experience in retail management or leadership roles
Previous experience in a customer service-oriented environment
