They are seeking a passionate Appointment Setter to qualify leads, book appointments, and ensure seamless communication between leads and the sales team.

Responsibilities
Qualify leads and gather necessary information to ensure Starlink is the right fit for the customer’s needs
Set appointments by offering flexible installation dates and confirming details with the customer
Use GoHighLevel CRM to track leads, update appointment status, and ensure accurate information is logged
Overcome objections by using proven techniques to handle customer concerns and convert them into appointments
Communicate through GoHighLevel and RingCentral, responding to leads quickly and professionally through phone, text, and email
Work closely with our sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and scheduled appointments
Follow up with leads who have shown interest but have not yet confirmed their appointment
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in appointment setting, customer service, or sales
Excellent phone skills, ability to engage leads, and convey information clearly
Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM or similar platforms or the ability to quickly learn new systems
Ability to manage multiple leads at once, prioritize tasks, and stay on top of follow-ups
A go-getter attitude who is comfortable with high volumes of calls and follow-up outreach
Friendly, professional demeanor and a passion for helping people
