We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Lumber Yard Hand, assisting delivery drivers with the loading and unloading of materials and maintaining the organization of the lumber yard.

Responsibilities
Assist delivery drivers with the loading and unloading of materials onto delivery trucks
Ensure that all materials are properly secured and safely transported
Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the lumber yard
Perform inventory checks and report any discrepancies
Operate forklifts and other equipment as needed (training will be provided)
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred
Previous experience in a lumber yard or similar environment is preferred but not required
