Law Practice
Responsibilities
Represent victims of wage theft on a classwide basis as it relates to unpaid overtime, meal and rest breaks, unreimbursed expenses and more
Provide legal counsel, draft legal documents, take/defend depositions and advocate for clients both in and out of the courtroom
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Active member of the California State Bar in good standing
1 to 4 years of experience practicing employment law, with a focus on wage and hour class action / PAGA cases. If you have more than this relevant experience, we still want to talk to you. Those without wage and hour class action experience will not be considered
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to handle a caseload independently and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
This position is 100% in-person at our brand new downtown Los Angeles office
