Cyber Readiness Project Management Assistant

Priority Cares Home Services is a New York-based agency dedicated to providing compassionate care to communities. They are seeking a Cyber Readiness Project Management Assistant to support cybersecurity readiness initiatives through project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and documentation efforts across NYC agencies.

Responsibilities

Ensure annual updates of Incident Response Plans from 70+ NYC agencies
Ensure biannual updates of Cyber Incident Escalation Paths
Ensure annual updates of IT and Cyber service consumption across agencies
Track and update all workstreams using Salesforce
Coordinate annual Cyber Crisis Simulation Training and Incident Response Refresher Training
Schedule Asset Validation & Enrichment and Public-Facing Web Application Assessments
Onboard new agencies and provide necessary templates and documentation
Customize presentations for agency-specific engagements
Schedule and document all follow-up and formal meetings
Escalate non-responsive agencies to Cyber Operations or Audit & Compliance
Maintain effective communication with Log Onboarding and Operations teams

Qualification

Cybersecurity experienceProject management skillsSalesforce proficiencyStakeholder managementData analysisCommunicationAttention to detailProblem-solving mindset

Required

Minimum 4 years of experience in cybersecurity, specifically with incident response and security frameworks
Proven project management skills and ability to deliver on deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for multi-stakeholder coordination

Preferred

Strong attention to detail in all documentation and communication
Problem-solving mindset with critical thinking capabilities
Stakeholder relationship management experience
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Ability to analyze data and provide insights to guide program strategy
Experience developing and documenting operational procedures
Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities
