Sales Assistant
ProSource is a fast-growing company specializing in smart home and commercial automation. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to engage with clients, manage sales calls, and provide administrative support to the sales team.

Responsibilities
You'll be the main point of contact for our clients, making sure they’re kept up-to-date on Hive’s offerings. You’ll help identify new sales opportunities and ensure clients feel informed and supported
You'll manage incoming sales calls, update the CRM system with accurate lead details, and ensure that every lead is followed up on in a timely manner. You’ll pass on qualified leads to the CSR team to take things further
From organizing sales folders to handling reports and forms, you’ll make sure the sales team stays on track and has what they need to stay organized and efficient
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Comfortable using Google Docs, Google Sheets, and general office tools
Clear, professional communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once without getting overwhelmed
A friendly, positive attitude with a passion for helping customers
Comfortable working at a desk for extended periods, and able to handle a variety of administrative tasks
Preferred
A year of related experience is helpful but not mandatory
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
