The role involves fielding inquiries, making sales calls, and collaborating with team members to create customer protection proposals.

Responsibilities

Field incoming calls, walk-ins, and email inquiries. Work with other team members to coordinate customer protection proposals and plans

Make outbound customer sales calls and return calls. Troubleshoot problems and inquiries. Communicate with prospects and customers, inbound/outbound, to educate, explain and encourage good insurance decisions for their homes, cars, toys, income, and lives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, research coverage questions, prepare customer proposals, makes sales presentations, interpret rules and guidelines, handle client communications

Required

Insurance or sales experience of any kind would be helpful, although previous exposure to insurance is not required. Many of our associates come from other backgrounds

Insurance licenses for property, casualty, life and health, not required upon application

Strong communication skills, experience in lead generation, proficiency in Outlook, typing, phone skills, computer proficiency
