Agent Customer Care Specialist Full Time
Harmon Insurance is an independent insurance company focused on building strong relationships within the community. They are seeking an Agent Customer Care Specialist to market products, establish client relationships, and support teammates in providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Sales, market appropriate products and services to service customer needs
Establish working relationships with clients, potential clients and companies we represent on the phone, email and on paper
Supporting teammates with follow up for clients and prospects
Promptly respond to client needs either on the phone or electronically
Maintain client files and process routine correspondence between our agency and the client or company… both paper records and on our many different software programs
Assist with other office duties as they arise and are needed
Once a product is sold, you will need to fill out appropriate forms and input into the software system
Cultivate relationships and cross sell additional lines of insurance
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Positive Professional image in person and on phone
Must have at least 2 years experience and be licenced
Self-starter, driven, can manage rejection well
Confident, energetic, enthusiastic with a sense of humor
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook
Familiar with rating software
Patient, respectful, reliable, trustworthy, friendly, supportive, articulate, kind, ethical and honest
