Responsibilities
Review and interpret regulations, policies, and audit findings related to federal benefit programs
Assist with compliance tracking for TANF, SNAP, MOE, and Quality Control reports
Prepare case documentation for appeals, hearings, and responses to federal sanctions
Monitor audit sample procedures and identify gaps or risk exposures
Support creation of technical documentation and affidavits submitted by OTDA
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Policy, Statistics, or related discipline
2+ years of experience in audit, policy compliance, or regulatory review
Familiarity with New York State benefit programs or similar regulatory frameworks
Strong analytical writing and document review skills
