Responsibilities
Align with the client in the Subject Matter Expert - Time and Leave Management
Stay aware of the latest trends in the industry from a domain and technological perspective
Play a critical role in optimizing time tracking, leave management systems, and workforce planning processes
Qualification
Required
8-10 years of progressive experience in time and leave management
Preferred experience in automotive or manufacturing workforce management
Proven track record of implementing and testing time tracking systems
Extensive experience with workforce management software and HRIS platforms
Advanced proficiency in time and leave management software
Expert-level knowledge of workforce management technologies
Strong understanding of HRIS systems
Advanced data analysis and reporting skills
Expertise in compliance tracking and reporting
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and presentation abilities
Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Advanced certification in Workforce Management (SHRM-SCP, HRCI preferred)
