Responsibilities
Focus almost exclusively on the prospect identification and conversion process where you can confidently advise, close and warmly transfer the new client to a team member who is responsible for the post-sale and account maintenance, so you are free to continue your quest for new clients
Retain existing clients through your involvement in policy renewal reviews and assisting with other servicing as needed
The mix of time spent and revenue from new business to existing business is expected to be approximately 70/30
