Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of abatement supervisors and workers
Ensure projects are executed from estimate creation through completion, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards
Supervise and direct abatement crews, providing clear guidance and support to ensure efficient, high-quality work
Coordinate site decontamination and clearance testing post-removal
Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and documentation
Assist with business development and marketing efforts to expand the business with other restoration companies
Qualification
Required
At least 4 years of experience in management role, abatement project management or a related field
Proven experience running crews and managing teams in an abatement or construction environment
Must have or be willing to obtain an Oregon and Washington Asbestos Abatement Supervisor Certification
This requires successful completion of supervisor-level training, at least one year of full-scale friable asbestos abatement experience (including use of powered air-purifying respirators), and documented experience on at least ten separate friable asbestos abatement projects
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices for asbestos and hazardous material removal
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment
Preferred
Prior experience in the Restoration Industry is a plus
