Responsibilities

Run electrical wiring and jobs
Perform mechanical work on units
Assist in the assembly and production of Turblex products
Observe and practice safety procedures and policies
Maintain required production and inspection records
Operating cranes and forklifts
Install mechanical systems including pumps, piping, and instrumentation
Perform electrical installations, wiring, and troubleshooting of control panels, motors, and circuits
Execute welding and fabrication tasks using MIG, TIG, or stick welding techniques
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections on equipment and systems
Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to ensure project specifications are met
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards at all times

Required

3+ years manufacturing experience in a fast paced environment
Strong electrical background - knowledge of low voltage electrical systems a plus
Strong mechanical background
Familiarity with use of hand tools
Read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
Ability to use and understand various measuring devices
Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
Run electrical wiring and jobs
Perform mechanical work on units
Assist in the assembly and production of Turblex products
Observe and practice safety procedures and policies
Maintain required production and inspection records
Operating cranes and forklifts
Install mechanical systems including pumps, piping, and instrumentation

Frequent sitting, standing, stooping, bending, twisting, walking and occasional crawling
Frequent pushing, pulling and handling of material
Occasional climbing and working at elevated positions
Repetitive hand movements during the assembly process
Proper PPE
Working outdoors, indoors, and in the elements

Preferred

Certification in welding (e.g., AWS) or electrical (e.g., journeyman license)
Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
Knowledge of PLCs and automation systems is a plus
Industrial painting
