Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the infrastructure that powers networks and operating systems such as UNIX, Linux, and Windows

Install and configure hardware and software, manage user accounts and permissions, monitor system performance, troubleshoot (Tier 1-3) issues, mobile devices, and implement and ensure compliance with applicable system security controls

Optimize system operations and resource utilization and perform system capacity analysis and planning

Ensure IT Assets remain compliant with Identity & Access Control Management (ICAM) policy and communicate and coordinate system changes
