Review and negotiate charged off accounts for payment
Research member information and utilize Skip tracing tools
Communicate with members on benefits of resolution
Maintain accurate documentation of account status and collection efforts
Report on collection activity and present to management
Qualification
Required
2 years or more in collections with financial institutions
High school diploma or equivalent
Understanding of collection techniques
Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel, and computer databases
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
