Qualification
Required
Good overall knowledge of all trades: Plumbing, Carpentry, Tile, Electrical
Proper Equipment: Knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks
Troubleshooting Skills: Must be a quick thinker, able to examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner
Excellent Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers
Be Presentable: Clean-Cut appearance, Decent looking vehicle, Organized tools
Punctual and efficient, maintaining the highest integrity and striving for top customer satisfaction
