Responsibilities
Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients, focusing on housekeeping services
Close sales deals effectively and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our housekeeping services to effectively communicate their value to clients
Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients and housekeeping team
Educate team members on marketing best practices and insights to enhance overall sales performance
Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports
Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities within the housekeeping sector
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
Willingness to work well in a team environment
Ability to quickly and accurately work a register
Willingness to work Tuesday - Saturday
Preferred
Strong background in phone sales and marketing
Experience in the housekeeping industry
At least 3 years of experience in closing deals over the phone
Solid understanding of marketing strategies
Ability to relate to the unique aspects of the housekeeping sector
