Responsibilities
Prospect and secure new B2B clients across different industries (industrial, medical, office, administrative, financial etc.)
Conduct discovery calls, walk-throughs, and create presentations to close service contracts
Work closely with operations to ensure smooth client onboarding
Assist with creation and development of marketing materials
Conduct regular check-ins and service reviews to ensure satisfaction
Address concerns proactively and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and grow account value
Track contract renewals and ensure high retention rates through exceptional support
Qualification
Required
Proven B2B sales experience (commercial cleaning or facility services preferred)
Strong communication, follow-through, and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with attention to detail and a passion for customer care
Ability to self-manage and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
