Maintain detailed records of work completed and materials used
Qualification
Required
Extensive maintenance knowledge and hands-on experience in multiple trades
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and manage tasks independently
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
