Responsibilities
Establish relationships and connections with current and future clients
Manage the annual renewal process for all personal and commercial lines clients, including identifying and pursuing potential cross-sell opportunities
Manage all personal lines service and billing issues (endorsements, policy changes, third-party requests, etc.)
Advise and assist personal lines clients regarding the claims process, as necessary
Assist personal and commercial lines sales agents with customer service requests, certificates of insurance requests, endorsement, and submissions, as necessary
Exhibit continuous growth in the areas of teamwork and personal integrity
Post-sales tasks such as sending and retrieving insurance applications, sending policy documents to clients, updating mortgage and lien holders, and assisting clients with the transition process
Qualification
Required
Ideal candidate must currently hold a property & Casualty license
Proficient with computer programs & able to learn new software quickly
Working experience with Microsoft programs (Excel, & Word)
Have excellent communication skills both verbally and written
Very Organized and able to follow instructions
Patient, respectful, trustworthy, friendly, articulate, honest, and ethical
Preferred
Insurance Producer Property & Casualty License
