Create a fun and engaging learning environment for children
Ensure safety and promote water safety awareness
Provide specialized training in the British Swim School approach
Qualification
Required
You need to be a 'swimmer'. Ideally, you have an understanding of all four strokes and an overall appreciation for the water
You've got to love working with children and seeing them progress
You need to be upbeat and ready to enjoy having fun at work. Having fun is mandatory!
Be able to start weekdays at 3:00 pm
Reliable transportation to our Spring location
Preferred
Prior swim team experience is preferred but not required
Current lifeguard certification preferred, or willing to obtain within 90 days of employment
