Provide exceptional service to existing clients (policy changes, billing questions, coverage explanations)

Proactively round out accounts by identifying coverage gaps and cross-selling additional lines

Develop accounts by building long-term relationships and uncovering new opportunities

Drive growth activities like asking for referrals, reaching out to past clients, and introducing new solutions

Partner with the team to hit both individual KPIs and agency growth goals
