Develop and implement enrichment programs tailored to the needs of teens
Facilitate workshops and activities that foster life skills and personal development
Provide mentorship and guidance to teens, promoting positive relationships
Collaborate with local schools and organizations to enhance program outreach
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed
Organize community events that engage teens and promote social interaction
Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all participants
Document participant progress and maintain accurate records
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, or related field preferred
Experience working with teens in a mentoring or educational capacity
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to create engaging and interactive programming
Passion for youth development and community engagement
First Aid and CPR certification is a plus
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
Background check clearance required
