They are seeking a skilled CNC Operator, Programmer, and CAD Specialist to work collaboratively with their CAD and fabrication teams to program CNC machines, troubleshoot issues, and prepare detailed construction drawings.

Responsibilities

Operate and program CNC machines, including troubleshooting and maintenance as needed
Prepare detailed construction and shop drawings for projects in Fusion 360, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD
Collaborate closely with the fabrication team and project management to ensure accuracy in shop drawings and machine programming
Follow all company guidelines for quality and best practices
Track and document all time spent on projects accurately using company software

Qualification

CNC programmingFusion 360SolidWorksG CodeCAM programmingAnalytical skillsGD&T familiarity3D slicer softwareThemed fabricationCommunication skillsProblem-solving skills

Required

Proven experience operating CNC machines, including programming and troubleshooting
Proficiency in Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD
Strong knowledge of G Code and CAM programming
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Familiarity with GD&T preferred
Experience with surface or character modeling
Familiarity with 3D slicer software for 3D printing
Background in fabrication for themed entertainment projects
