Responsibilities
Treat lawns with top quality, environmentally sensitive products
Aerate and seed lawns
Perform pest control
Perform shop work
Install Holiday Lights
Offer appropriate new services to customers and prospects while in the field
Qualification
Required
Must be 21 years of age or older
Professional appearance
Strong work ethic
Valid driver's license
Clean driving record
Reliable transportation to work
Good attendance record
CUSTOMER SERVICE FOCUS
Good written and verbal communication skills
Enthusiasm for working outdoors and in various weather conditions
Ability to operate machinery and occasional maintenance
Able to learn, follow directions, anticipate and adapt
Be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds
Able to back up a trailer
Willing and able to work on ladders and roofs for Holiday Lights
Preferred
Work experience in the lawn care industry
Valid Illinois Pesticide license
