Responsibilities
Apply lawn care treatments, including fertilization, weed control, and pest management
Operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently
Identify and recommend additional services based on customer needs
Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to resolve questions or concerns
Achieve daily production goals while maintaining quality standards
Perform shop work and equipment upkeep as needed
Qualification
Required
Valid South Carolina driver's license with a clean driving record
Reliable transportation to and from work
Must pass a background check and drug screening
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Preferred
Previous lawn care experience preferred, but not required
