Circuit of The Americas (COTA) is a premier entertainment destination in Austin, TX, hosting a variety of world-class events. They are seeking Music and Entertainment Event Staff to support front gate and front of house operations during concerts and events, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for guests.

Responsibilities

Operate handheld scanners to check tickets and credentials at gates or venue checkpoints
Greet and assist guests with directions, venue information, and general support
Monitor crowd flow and ensure aisles, ramps, and walkways remain clear
Assist guests with ADA accommodations and ensure accessible access
Report safety concerns, guest issues, or housekeeping needs to FOH Manager or Command Center
Remain at assigned post unless on a scheduled break
Follow all venue policies, procedures, and emergency protocols
Maintain a professional, friendly, and guest-focused demeanor at all times

Required

Part-time, seasonal position (must be available to work at least 50% of events)
2+ years of experience in guest services, hospitality, live events, or related fields preferred
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Available evenings, weekends, and holidays throughout the season
Must be over 18 years of age
Ability to lift and/ or move up to 25 pounds
Ability to stand/walk for long periods
Work in extreme environments outdoors throughout the year
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud during events
