Responsibilities
Serve as the lead consultant for any size account
Have primary project responsibility for actuarial reserve analyses, risk allocation analyses, captive feasibility studies, loss forecasting, and stochastic modeling
Develop a specific area of knowledge and become a recognized subject matter expert
Handle various, changing work assignments, flexibly balancing priorities, to meet or exceed the expectations of the client (both internal and external)
Create and improve methodology, products, and operational procedures
Ensure that the Aon work product is of high quality, adheres to all relevant actuarial standards, and is provided in a timely manner
Engage as necessary to create and foster a team culture across all account service and brokerage teams
Establishes credibility with clients and colleagues; recognized as an effective problem solver
Qualification
Required
Near FCAS designation or recent FCAS designation; ACAS with significant experience to be considered
Maintains continuing education requirements
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience preferred, particularly in an actuarial function, with a focus on Commercial Property, Casualty and/or Specialty Lines
