Responsibilities

Serve as the lead consultant for account assignments
Have primary project responsibility for actuarial reserve analyses, risk allocation analyses, captive feasibility studies, loss forecasting, and stochastic modeling
Build actuarial models when data is limited
Maintain effective day to day relationships with Aon team/client contacts
Prepare and present proposals without substantial oversight
Ensure that the Aon work product is of high quality, adheres to all relevant actuarial standards, and is provided in a timely manner
Engage as necessary to create and foster a team culture across all account service and brokerage teams
Anticipate client questions and develop problem-solving solutions

Required

Near FCAS designation or recent FCAS designation; ACAS with significant experience be considered
Maintains continuing education requirements
Minimum of 5 years of insurance experience preferred, particularly in an actuarial function, with a focus on Commercial Property, Casualty and/or Specialty Lines
