In this role, you will work closely with the Medical Billing team, Clinical Staff, and Patients to ensure care is received and benefit reimbursements are maximized, handling tasks such as insurance verifications and coordinating benefits.

Processing insurance verifications and prior-authorizations
Coordination of benefits with treatment plans
Assisting patients with applications for benefits
Working directly with commercial and government payers on insurance matters
Other administrative tasks in support of the department
Qualification
Required
Prior experience working with Benefits/Health Insurance
Strong administrative and customer service skills
Computer skills: MS Office Suite, Electronic Medical Records, Medical Billing and Insurance Portals a plus
Ability to work in-office M-F first shift
